QuickFold with Model 3 tower operators installed at an HOA in New Hampshire with beautiful wood infill. This HOA needed to control vehicle entry and due to the lack of space, TORXUN's folding gates provided the best solution.
Ruby Hill Planned Community
This existing high end planned community wanted to decrease and eventually eliminate the need for a manned security booth.
Additionally, they could not use typical swing or slide gates because of slope and space constraints so the QuickFold with Model 3 tower
operators proved to be an excellent solution. Custom fabricated arched gates and TORXUN's LockDock made the project come together perfectly.

Dwight Apartments
This apartment building had coiling grilles that kept getting hit by cars as they were coming through.
Drivers had trouble seeing that the edge of the grille cleared the roof of the car above the windshield and the grilles were struck often.
Because of space constraints, typical gates and gate operators would not work. The small footprint of TORXUN's Model 3 tower operator fit in the fold of the building and folding gates did not compromise any parking spaces like a swing gate would have. An interesting infill enhanced the look of the building as well.
