An imposing gate with Spinspike™ climb-over protection. Built with a steel mesh similar to that used inside jails to prevent foothold climbing. As with our many trademark corrections installations, the Model 3 Tower operators were installed with power coming through the base and no external controls, wire or equipment boxes to insure the monolithic operators can be locked and secured with all equipment and controls inside.

Military bases are often in areas that are not hospitable to steel and steel products. In the case of the gate below, located under the San Francisco Bay Bridge at the Coast Guard Station on Treasure Island, TORXUN built all exposed components out of stainless steel to ensure success against the high demand marine environment. With all components encased in steel, the motor components and the controls were kept free of direct ocean air making the QuickFold with Model 3 Towers the ideal fit for this environment.
